Traveling

You can set up travel notices using Card Management in your FNBCC app or Online Banking.

If you are traveling and experiencing issues using your debit card, please call us during normal business hours. If after business hours, contact our Fraud Prevention Service at (800) 237-8990.

Lost or Stolen Debit Cards

If you need to report a lost or stolen debit card after normal business hours, contact (888) 297-3416.

You can report a lost or stolen debit card online through the online banking website or the FNBCC app.

Online Banking – Login to your online banking and locate Card Management from the main dashboard > Select your Debit Card > Click Report Lost or Stolen.

FNBCC app > Login to your FNBCC mobile app and locate Card Management from the main dashboard > Select your Debit Card > Report Lost or Stolen.

Temporarily Suspend Debit Card

Temporarily suspend your debit card if you think you have potential fraud on your account. You can do this through the online banking website or your FNBCC app.

FNBCC app > Login to your FNBCC mobile app and locate the Card Management from the main dashboard > Select the Manage Cards menu option and chose Suspend Card.
